• Tremendous visits in Cartier flagship boutique suited to champion fine dining at Chef Neil Perry’s world-award winning Margaret restaurant and Rockpool Bar & Grill.

• I follow a strict routine, waking at sparrow with Super Bircher Muesli and a strong coffee or English tea. I hold a fascination with Penfolds fine wine and champagne to celebrate milestones. I keep informed of world news reading the Economist, and watching BBC & CNN.
