Chef Gert Knudsen, Superior Patisserie, and Chef John Daly, Head teacher, made me so proud to attend Secrets of Macarons course at Le Cordon Bleu Sydney! Both were so generous and helpful with their fantastic advice, and I’m enjoying delicious Macarons in my special home with a morning coffee or an afternoon tea. I highly recommend Le Cordon Bleu for cooking courses, degrees or other forms of study. Their staff and students alike, are always very collaborative, interesting and from many nations. Credit to Chef Gert for his magnificent macarons, in photo below and to Chef Karen Wigston for encouraging me to do a course.
